📱 Screen Assemblies & Replacement Parts

All LCD screen assemblies and spare parts from BEMAX are covered by a 3-month warranty.

✅ Warranty covers:

• Non-artificial damage
• Functional defects
• Minor superficial issues (e.g., light scratches, loose bezel)

❗️LCD & flex cable must be undamaged to be eligible.

🔁 Replacements will be provided with:

• The same product OR
• A product of equal value, based on the current selling price or purchase price (whichever is lower)

🔋 Battery

Any non-artificial physical damage or functional flaw occurring within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost by submitting a photo or video that clearly demonstrates the issue.

Customers must also submit proof (photo/video) that the battery has been destroyed (e.g., flex cable severed). The battery does not need to be returned.

🛠️ Equipment & Tools

All tools and equipment sold by BEMAX are tested for functionality before delivery to ensure they are in good working condition.

While no official warranty is provided, we are committed to offering:

• Basic technical support after purchase
• Spare parts (if available) at cost price

If you face any issues upon receiving the item, kindly contact us immediately with photo or video proof.

📦 Other Products

If a product is in good condition but you wish to exchange it:

🔁 You may request a replacement with other products of equal value, based on the lower of selling or purchase price.

However, damage during shipping may still occur and is beyond our control.
